Return Approval

How to Request a Return
Submit your return request through our website within 5 days of delivery.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided instructions.
Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Order Cancellation
