These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rivyastudio website and the purchase of sarees, kurtis, suit sets, and other ethnic-wear products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, embroidery, fabric texture, measurements, and details accurately.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or fabric-dye variations.
  • Handcrafted, handwoven, embroidered, printed, or dyed products may have minor variations.
  • Motif placement, weave, embellishment, or border placement may differ slightly between pieces.
  • Measurements may vary within a reasonable tailoring tolerance.

Such natural variations are not normally considered manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in [INR / Currency] and include or exclude taxes as stated during checkout.

We may revise prices, offers, discounts, and availability without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout will apply to the accepted order.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order due to:

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an eligible refund will be issued.

Rivyastudio is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, network issues, or incorrect payment details.

6. Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • May exclude selected products or collections.
  • May be withdrawn in cases of misuse or technical error.

All website content, including product photographs, logos, text, graphics, banners, designs, and branding, belongs to Rivyastudio or its licensors.
